How we work
The Collins White service does not end upon completion of the design brief. Our team works around the clock ensuring customers have the optimum level of support at every stage of the project journey.
Design consultation
Expert advice from the outset. Whether you have a head full of ideas or you’re struggling for inspiration, Collins White is on hand to help shape your vision. Architects and designers are welcome to guide clients around our stunning tile galleries where our team will happily discuss any design ideas in detail.
Tile samples
With so many styles and ever-evolving trends, settling on the right tile for a dream project can prove difficult.
While we tend to drive developer fulfilment from stock ranges, bespoke projects do sometimes require a wider selection.
Using your ideas, we will source samples from our huge network of global suppliers and arrange on-site meetings to present new designs.
Importing
We import the finest porcelain and ceramic tiles from across Europe, enabling us to offer a diverse range of designs to suit every project brief.
Our import and store service means these products are here in the UK, ready for site delivery as and when required. Managing importation and stock levels is a Collins White speciality; exemplary service honed through years of experience.
Project management
Collins White will recommend fitting teams and work alongside them to ensure products and materials are on-site when required. We also advise on tile suitability, covering advice on fittings, anti-slip ratings and general maintenance.
Storage and delivery
Our capacity to store stock allows customers flexibility and peace of mind. Necessary back-ups are in place should shortfalls occur, and extended storage for delayed projects is a service we’re happy to provide. Forward orders are also taken, with tiles stored to guarantee availability.
On-time delivery is essential for all projects. Through our own transport service, along with our network of nationwide haulage partners, clients are assured swift and safe delivery of their products.

Where in the UK do you deliver to?

Orders can be delivered to anywhere in the UK. Whilst our Showroom is situated in the North-West of England we work on projects throughout the UK. We pride ourselves on our service expertise and ensure prompt delivery of samples and orders to meet project deadlines.

When can I visit your showroom?

Our showroom is open Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm; Saturday, 9am – 2pm. Experienced members of staff are on site to offer expert advice as guests take in the comprehensive tile galleries and wide range of samples. Architects and Designers are welcome to host private client meetings both within opening hours as well as out of hours to accommodate client requirements.

How can I source a bespoke tile style for a project?

Collins White excels in offering clients a bespoke tile service where specialist porcelain tiles can be sourced from our suppliers in order to fit the most unique of briefs. We can meet with clients on site, or in our showroom, to present samples and offer design advice where we will recommend colours, styles and finishes.

Where do you import tiles from?

Collins White imports tiles from a number of prestigious factories across Europe. Our main suppliers are located in Italy and Spain, two of the major tile producers in the world. We only import the finest porcelain and ceramic tiles, and place huge emphasis on building and maintaining relationships with these highly reputable suppliers.
